Screw loosening problem
After 16 years of implant dentistry I found a great idea to solve cases of abutment and crown loosening in my patient.
If the abutment attached to the crown and screw was loosed and the complex is out of the fixture, in this situation I use a mechanical clamp and fix the abutment and attached crown to it and then with a crown remover I detached the crown from abutment!
Any idea to how to remove the abutment screw loosening that is still attached to fixture? I know one method to drill in occlusal surface to find the entrance of screw but it is very time consuming any other solution?
