This implant was placed overseas in Feb 2023. Patient cannot afford to go back home for restoration. I am concerned about the bone gap and not sure if I can help her. What do you recommend? Thank you in advance.
If it is solid restore it. Given that this is a maxillary premolar and, depending who you ask, in the esthetic zone I would avoid anything beyond uncovering and restoring. I can’t imagine anything of value being accomplished by trying to address this purely optical/radiographic deviation from normal. If it pings when you tap then go ahead and restore it.
