Removal of locked on Locator

Asking for help with removing a locked on Locator abutment on a Camlog implant. Was unable to untorque and stripped the internal triangle connection. Next, cut a slot but also unable to break the torque. Lastly, applied heat trying to get lucky without success. Any other thoughts from my colleagues?

This may sound crazy but it has happened to me and I used a pair of general purpose mechanic pliers, or you could use a forcep like a 150, to grip it and turn it.

Wait. The implant is outside of mouth right? Or else how u apply heat? Why u removing it. Just send the whole thing back to company for a warranty replacement. How did u strip it? Did you not use the correct driver? But yes. Use a forceps with teeth or maybe a rongeur to grab on to the locator and counter clockwise slowly.

I ended up removing it with a small channel lock plier I picked up at Lowe’s. Held the pliers on its side and was able to grab and break the torque and remove.
