I was planning to create osteotome as per normal due to small portion of the implant within the sinus. I’ve read papers of sterile implant with no bone grafting with this minimum surface in the sinus is unlikely to be an issue.
I plan to place BLT straumann. I have a CAS kit which I guess I could incorporate in my surgical guided work flow to execute an internal lift.
I would appreciate any advice re this case. I place implants/GBR but I’ve actually never done an internal have done laterals.
