Hi to everyone,
I placed these implants but nevertheless I took measurements looking at TAC CONE BEAM I don’t feel comfortable with two implants placed the one lower arch and the other upper arch that seems in the sinus even if I took the right measurements before doing the surgery.

The upper implant need to remove asap before causing major problems, meanwhile the lower implant has potential to survive
