Since the exostosis is on the buccal, I’d move the yellow curser vertical line to be in line with the mandibular buccal cusp. That puts the implant where you will hit the sinus a little and with an SA2 approach, you’ll be fine.
based on this one slice, you can likely place the implant in the correct location without an osteotome. What exactly is the nature of your question in this case?
I would agree that you are probably making a big deal out of nothing… Just reposition to the appropriate position as the other gentleman has suggested and problem solved.
