Implants placed too close: Is this restorable?

Dr. Humble comments:

I took an updated PA today and #19 is not as close to the #20 as it looked on the PAN. Okay please advice with the new PA. Thank you guys ![8C8B6756-3F69-4779-8421-F65E3890B763.jpeg](https://cdn.hyvor.com/s1/uploads/talk/user-uploads/6220ccdc39f223.5080241216463167647MkPVAf8C1W0e3KR3u4J.jpeg)

In my opinion, a bridge would be better for this case. And instruct patient to clean the space between bridge and two implants with superfloss regularly.

When you drill the bone, try to hold your implant handpiece a bit mesially tilted, then it will be placed straight & parallel to the neighboring teeth.

For example you put implant between 13 and 15, find the exact parallel & middle drilling axis, and very slightly tilt the handpiece mesially(5~10 degree). Then you avoid placing implant too closing toward apical part of 13.
