Let’s play identify the implant. The practice at which this patient had these placed is closed now. They were placed circa 2018.

It would be a WAG (Wild A$% Guess) if I tried but circa 2018 with an obvious internal hex… there is a real good chance that it is a clone of Zimmer. Most discount implants from that era were Zimmer clones so I would start there.

Find out what lab did the crowns

That is a great suggestion but lets be honest… In order to successfully track down the lab that made the restoration you would have to first track down the practice that placed it and they should have the information on what they are placing/restoring so that sounds like an extra step. Be careful contacting labs because a lot of them, I wont say most but a lot, intentionally use aftermarket components from sources like DESS in order to keep prices down and satisfy the value minded dentists that feed their families…
