Is it a acceptable implant bridge design?
Acceptable for sure but why are you going back to the second molar and why the mesial cantilever?? While the image is not very clear it seems more practical to place the fixtures at the first molar and first premolar for a 3 unit FPD. When I look at the opposing arch I see a mesially tilted second molar roughly in the position of the missing first molar and there is no need to pick up any more than an occlusal stop to prevent further eruption. My experience has been that first molar occlusion is not only effective but much easier to maintain in a restored dentition…
