Since it is unlikely that you/we will definitively solve this issue it would be more helpful to see a photo of the internal hex rather than this PA.
So that appears to be a classic “Zimmer” clone. I would suggest locating a Zimmer compatible healing abutment to verify the compatibility and if it is confirmed then I would order parts/pieces from the Blue Sky Bio Internal Hex line.
does looks like internal hex. If you also use internal hex like zimmer, bio horizon, blue sky bio, legacy from implant direct. try fitting impression transfers on the implant. hopefully one of the sizes fits and you can take impression. good luck
