Identify + broke in straight multi unit

Hi dear colleagues

I faced a case of a circa 15 years old placement made in Hungary.
First quest is to identify the corresponding broken element.
Next will be about to remove the thread out of the fixture. A simple vibration did not solve the bond I will go forward on a removal kit

almost looks like a MUA. so did you remove the abutment screw? what was your question?

That is a straight multi unit indeed.
Can you guess the brand? Nonetheless so important, would help to choose the correct screw retraction tool

nope. i can’t tell which brand. good luck on removing the broken screw. but looks like an internal hex. but sounds like you going to remove the implant anyway. so doesn’t matter. i just confused as to why 2 implants side by side need MUA? the previous dentist should have been able to restore w/ 2 separate crowns. didn’t need to splint these 2 teeth together and use MUA.

Can you upload a picture of screw or anything you can remove from this plant, the end picture is multi-unit abutment, actually this plant we can see many details.it’s very benefit with Adin, here’s the picture but this kind of plant were to many the same design,it’s hardly to figure out which is the right one, also you can try to use some screwdriver which is suitable for abutment(most of them are 1.2 1.25 1.27).This will also help us narrow down the scope.
