Help identifying implant placed 18 years ago

Pt had this implant placed here in Australia approx 18 years ago, any help is much appreciated.

Branemark External Hex. You might have to contact DESS or Azure to locate components. It is most likely 3.75mm platform.

Thanks Scotty!! :+1: :+1: :+1:

Hello again, I accessed the abutment through the crown but was unable to loosen the screw because none of the drivers I had would properly engage. I attempted both a Nobel hex driver and MIS drivers without success.

Based on the appearance of the screw head, does anyone have suggestions on what system/driver this might be compatible with? I’m considering purchasing a universal implant prosthetic kit, but would appreciate any recommendations or insights before doing so.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

From the picture I have no idea and I have no idea as to which aftermarket components were use to restore this. Generally speaking though most generic abutment screws are either a .048” (1.22mm) or .050” (1.25mm)….

Hello. How did you solve your problem? I found an article, used 3different implant systems, one of them “BL butt-joint (BLB; external hex, Branemark©)”, the x-ray looks identical to yours, even the screw. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s40729-021-00384-1

there is a universal kit on ebay that i use. which can fit 95% of all abutment screws i’ve encountered. however from your picture. the abutment screw seems to be stripped.
