Grafting the crestal/buccal for cases..opinion on materials

If an implant like this needs a graft at the time of placement on the buccal, would you:

  1. Bone scraper and Bioss small particle and resorbable membrane
  2. Bone scraper and Bioss small particle and PTFE membrane
  3. Demin/Min mix with bone scrapings and some type of membrane
  4. I am planning a cover screw and close btw.
