if you make a temporary healing abutment or temporary crown for the anterior implant, would you choose the a temporary cylinder with 3mm or prefer 1mm gingival height?
The implant plateform is 5mm apical to the gum line on the buccal for instance.
The 1mm height will allow you to have parallel walls to the acrylic portion of the abutment.
