Specialist did a sinus lift in right maxilla. Is the void from the lateral window a concern? Would you bone graft at the apex at the time of implant placement?
the void might be a problem if your most of your implant is in the void.
that’s a strange artifact at on the CT. you got more slices of CT to upload?
if you want to graft at apex of implant. are you talking about doing a vertical sinus lift at the time of implant placement? that can be done. but it’s not exactly a space on the lateral. i do see bone on the medial of the sinus. but the lateral is not space (black) but gray which is either soft tissue or fluid. how this is your sinus floor? did you measure? and what length implant you are placing?

How long ago was the sinus lift and was it done with demineralized graft?? Demin will show up cloudy or as a void for 4-6 months post placement
