I implanted those three …the bone was in a bean shape. Lingually concave and buccal convexe. So in order not to have spears exposed i have lingually an excess of 2mm of cortical bone. I didnt shave it or anything. I left it like that. Will I have any complications? What would you have done?
Much like all on 4, the bone width will typically increase the deeper you go. At uncovery you can reshape it. That will make it much more cleansable for the patient.
